Do I need to send back the bottle I opened?
No. The bottle you opened is yours to keep, whether you ordered a single bottle or a bundle. Only unopened bottles from a bundle come back to us.
How long does a refund take?
For a single bottle, your refund lands within 2 to 3 business days of approval. For bundles, we process it as soon as your unopened bottles reach us.
Is anything deducted from my refund?
We deduct the $6.90 our delivery partner charged to bring your order to your door. For bundle returns it's $6.90 if you ship the unopened bottles yourself, or $15.90 if we arrange a pickup. Free gifts that don't come back are deducted at retail value.
I bought from another retailer. Am I covered?
The 30-Day Promise only covers orders placed directly through the Afora™ store. For purchases elsewhere, please contact the retailer you bought from.
Can I cancel my subscription without asking for a refund?
Yes. Pause or cancel any time, for any reason, with a single message to our team. Reach us at least 2 days before your next renewal date to avoid that shipment's charge.
