What we do with your information
When you buy from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, delivery address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your device's internet protocol (IP) address. This tells us about your browser and operating system, so we can keep the site working well for you.
Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new formulas and other updates. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

How do you get my consent?
When you give us personal information to complete a transaction, verify your card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or give you a clear opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after opting in, you can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time by contacting our team.

Shopify and payment
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our formulas to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and general application, on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your card data with encryption under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is kept only as long as needed to complete the transaction, and is deleted once payment is complete.
All direct payment gateways follow the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of the major card networks. These requirements help ensure the secure handling of card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers we work with only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent needed to perform the services they provide to us.
Some providers, such as payment gateways and other transaction processors, have their own privacy policies for the information we must share to complete your purchase. We recommend reading those policies so you understand how they handle your personal information.
Certain providers may be located in, or have facilities in, a different jurisdiction from ours. If you proceed with a transaction that uses such a provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where that provider or its facilities are located.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
